The voucher is valid for twelve months from its date of issue. It is issued in the recipient’s name but may be passed on to someone close to them. It is set against the price of the experience chosen: if that experience costs more, the difference is paid on the day; if it costs less, the remaining balance stays available until the expiry date. The voucher is neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
